In effort to explore the current state of social business and, in particular, the impact social business is having on enterprise operations; the Social Business Benchmark ™ Project examined how are organizations leveraging social business efforts. This 20 page paper are the preliminary results of an ongoing study of more than 75 organizations conducted in partnership with the Society of New Communications Research (SNCR).
